LazerSphere ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the LazerSphere application ("App"). This App is designed to operate fully offline and does not transmit any data to external servers.

The App collects and stores the following types of information locally on your device:

• Business Information: Company name, contact details, business address, phone number, email address
• Project Data: Estimates, work orders, project specifications, material selections, pricing information
• Customer Information: Customer names, contact information, project details entered by you
• App Settings: Theme preferences, default pricing rates, document prefixes, and other configuration settings

All information is entered voluntarily by you. We do not automatically collect any information without your explicit input.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide core app functionality: Generating estimates, managing work orders, calculating costs
• To personalize your experience: Storing your preferences and settings
• To generate documents: Creating PDF estimates, quotes, and waiver forms

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any other purposes beyond app functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored exclusively on your device using:

• Room Database: For estimates and work orders
• SharedPreferences: For app settings and configuration
• Local File Storage: For PDF documents you generate

Data is protected by Android's built-in security mechanisms. We implement standard security practices for local data storage. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

Android Backup: If you have Android backup enabled, your device may back up app data to your Google account according to your device settings. This is controlled by Android, not by this App.

5. Information Sharing and Third Parties

We do NOT share, sell, trade, or transfer your information to any third parties, including:

• No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
• No advertising networks or marketing services
• No cloud storage services
• No social media platforms
• No data brokers or third-party data processors

The only way your data leaves your device is if you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., emailing a PDF estimate or sharing a document through Android's share functionality).

6. Data Transmission and Internet Usage

This App operates completely offline and does NOT:

• Transmit any data to external servers
• Require an internet connection to function
• Use any network services or APIs
• Collect device identifiers, location data, or usage statistics

The App does not request any network permissions and does not access the internet in any way.

7. Age Restriction and Privacy

This App is intended for adults 18 years and older for business and professional use only. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this application. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information immediately.

8. Your Rights and Data Control

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is stored on your device and accessible through the App
• Correction: You can edit or update any information at any time through the App
• Deletion: You can delete individual estimates, work orders, or all app data using the "Delete All Data" feature in Settings
• Data Portability: You can export your data as PDF documents or share them via email
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data (subject to Android backup settings)

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
